cashflow quadrant...

kali ini aku bercerita tentang sebuah buku yang baru saja aku beli minggu lepas 'Cashflow quadrant'.. buku ini memang menarik dan banyak membantu kita bagaimana cara-caranya untuk mengubah hidup kita menjadi lebih stable dlm kewangan. aku tak menyesal membelinya kerana 'Mentor' aku yang menyarankan untuk memiliki buku ini. banyak perkara yang kita tidak tahu ada dalam buku ini.

macam Robert T. kiyosaki kata;
'why do some people work less, earn more, pay less in taxes and feel pre financially secure than others? it is a matter of knowing which quadrant to work from and when. this book is for people who are ready to make significant professional and financial improvement and want to move from the industrial Age to the information Age'.

aku pun belum habis lagi baca buku. dalam muka surat 106 berisi FIND A MENTOR. maksudnya aku kau dia kita semua kena mencari sesaorang yang boleh kita contohi yang telah berjaya dalam hidupnya. jangan cari adviser kerana dia hanya menyuruh membuat sesuatu but has not personally done it. kebanyakkan advisor adalah dalam golongan 'S'. nanti aku akan selitkan kat sini apa itu golongan E, S, B dan I. 

"E" Quadrant words
a person who comes from the 'E', or employee quadrant might say: 'i am looking for a safe, secure job with good pay and excellent benefits'

"S" quadrant words
a person who comes from the 'S' or self employed quadrant might say: ' my rate is $35 per hour' or 'my normal commission rate is 6 percent of the total price' or 'i can't seem ti find people who want to work and do the job right' or 'ive got morethan 20 hours into this project'..

"B" quadrant words
a person operating out of the 'B' or business-owner, quadrant might say: 'im looking for a new president to run my company'

"I" quadrant words
someone operating out of the "I" or investor quadrant might say: 'is my cash flow based on an internal rate of return or net rate of return?

so this is it.. aku cuba untuk menjadi "E,s" dan belajar menjadi "B,s" And that is d way many people learn. its called 'on the job training'. so this is d way many closely held family empires are paased on from one generation to the next..

susah juga tapi bukan senang nak jadi senang kan.. kena banyak usaha gigih dan yang penting IKHLAS serta nawaitu..
